Bike Sharing

BIKEMI

This is not exactly a bike-sharing scheme, but this service enables you to move about the city by bicycle for short, limited periods of time. In addition, the bike stations where you can pick up or leave a bicycle are located only in the city center or in areas strictly nearby.

How to register for the service:

1. Through the website www.bikemi.it

2. At any of the ATM points present in the following stations:
Duomo (M1-M3)
Cadorna (M1-M2)
Loreto (M1-M2)
Romolo (M2)
Centrale FS (M2-M3)
Garibaldi FS (M2)

Opening hours: from Monday to Saturday from 7.45 to 19.15

3. Call the ATM toll free number: 800 80 81 81
It is also possible to register for short term passes (daily and weekly) by calling this toll-free number, which operates every day from 7.00 to 23.00.

4. use the wap system
At the address wap.bikemi.it it is possible to register for short term passes (weekly or daily) by using your cell number and a credit card.

Yearly Pass
Cost: € 36.00*
First 30 minutes of use: FREE
For every 30 minutes of use beyond the initial 30 minutes: € .50 every 30 minutes or fraction thereof
Going beyond the maximum limit of 2 hours after the initial 30 minutes: €2.00 for every hour or fraction thereof

If the user goes beyond the maximum limit of 2 hours three times, their subscription to the service will be annulled. See the general rules and regulations of use.

Daily pass
Cost: € 2,50*
First 30 minutes of use: FREE
For every 30 minutes of use beyond the initial 30 minutes: € .50 every 30 minutes or fraction thereof
Going beyond the maximum limit of 2 hours after the initial 30 minutes: €2.00 for every hour or fraction thereof

Weekly Pass

Non si tratta di un vero e proprio bike sharing, ma della possibilità di muoversi in bicicletta per brevi spostamenti e per un tempo limitato. Inoltre, le stazioni in cui prendere e lasciare la bici sono localizzate solamente nel centro e nelle zone strettamente limitrofe.

3. Chiamando il numero verde ATM 800 80 81 81
È possibile sottoscrivere gli abbonamenti occasionali (settimanale e giornaliero) anche chiamando il numero verde ATM 800 80 81 81, operativo tutti i giorni dalle 7.00 alle 23.00.

4. Con sistema wap
all’indirizzo wap.bikemi.it ti è possibile sottoscrivere gli abbonamenti occasionali (settimanale e giornaliero) utilizzando il tuo cellulare e pagando con una carta di credito.

Per ogni frazione consecutiva (di 30 minuti) successiva alla prima mezz’ora (fino ad un limite massimo di 2 ore) € 0,50 ogni 30 minuti o frazione
Superato il limite massimo di 2 ore consecutive dopo i primi 30 minuti € 2 per ogni ora o sua frazione

Se vi capita di fare tardi la sera e il servizio dei trasporti pubblici è ormai finito, avete due possibilità per non essere costretti a pagare un costoso taxi: il servizio di Radiobus e, durante il fine settimana, il Bus by night.
