Late night service

If you happen to be out late at night and public transport is no longer in service, you have two options that will keep you from paying for an expensive taxi ride home: Radiobus and, during the weekend, Bus by Night.


RADIOBUS

This is a night time minibus service with fixed stops in every area of the city. There are many stops throughout the city so you can be sure that the service will leave you at a bus stop only steps away from home.
Radiobus works only on reservation.
The service is available every day from 20.00 to 2.00 in the morning, except for Christmas Day and May First. For certain events the service is extended beyond the normal service hours.

Cost

To use the Radiobus service, you must be in possession of a normal urban ATM ticket or an ATM pass and a supplement ticket which may be purchased at any of the ATM points, ATM authorized dealers, or directly on the Radiobus itself.

The cost of the supplement is €1.50 if purchased from an authorized dealer or ATM point
The cost of the supplement is €2.00 if purchased on the Radiobus.

If you don’t have a normal urban ATM ticket or a ATM pass, the total cost of service is €3,00.

Reservations
To make a reservation, it is necessary to communicate the day, time and departure and arrival points, the number of passengers, and telephone number to contact in case of problems or changes.
To guarantee better service, please advise Radiobus of any passengers with disabilities.
There are four ways to make a reservation:

Website available for reservations three days prior to, and up to 18.00 PM on, the day for which the reservation is being made. An email confirmation will be sent to you.

2. By calling the call center at: 02.48.03.48.03
Every day from 13.00 PM to 2.00 AM, available three days prior to and right up to the moment of the trip itself

3.By sending a text message to the following number: 335.78.72.571
Service available three days prior to, and up to 18.00 PM on, the day for which the reservation is being made. A text message of confirmation will be sent to you.

4. By sending a fax to the following number: 02.45.46.72.31
The reservation can be made three days prior to, and up to 18.00 PM on, the day for which the transportation is needed. A confirmation fax will be sent to you.

The confirmation of the booking will include the route number of your transportation.

If by chance you should need to cancel your reservation, you can:

1. call the call center at 02.48.03.48.03
2. send a text message to: 335.78.72.571, specifying the route number which was given to you in your confirmation and the contact telephone number given at the moment of booking.
3. send a fax to 02.45.46.72.31 specifying the route number


BUS BY NIGHT

This is a minibus service that operates during Friday and Saturday nights from 2.00 AM to 5.10 AM.
The minibus service is available in every area of the city. The minibuses leave from 16 fixed stops in the city, in general near areas with a high concentration of nightclubs, bars, etc, and have various departure times.
Tickets can be purchased aboard for the cost of €1.00; or if you are registered for the service, you travel for free.

Se vi capita di fare tardi la sera e il servizio dei trasporti pubblici è ormai finito, avete due possibilità per non essere costretti a pagare un costoso taxi: il servizio di Radiobus e, durante il fine settimana, il Bus by night.

E' un servizio di minibus notturno con fermate stabilite in tutte le zone della città. Le fermate sono veramente molte, quindi sicuramente vi lascerà ad un passo da casa.
Il Radiobus funziona solo su prenotazione.
Il servizio è attivo tutti i giorni dalle 20 alle 2 di notte, a esclusione dei giorni di Natale e del 1° maggio. In occasione di eventi particolari l'attività si protrae oltre l’orario previsto.

Tariffe

Per usufruire del servizio Radiobus è necessario essere in possesso di un biglietto o abbonamento della rete urbana e di un supplemento acquistabile presso le rivendite ATM, negli ATM Point o direttamente in vettura di:

* 1,50 € se è acquistato in una rivendita
* 2 € se è acquistato in vettura

Se non sei in possesso nemmeno del biglietto o di un abbonamento, il costo totale del servizio sarà di 3 €.

Prenotazione
Per prenotare è necessario comunicare il giorno, l’ora, l’indirizzo di partenza e l’indirizzo di arrivo, il numero di passeggeri, il numero di telefono cui fare riferimento per eventuali comunicazioni.
Per garantire il nostro servizio ti chiediamo anche di segnalare la presenza di persone disabili.
E' possibile prenotare in tre modi:

pagina di prenotazione di cui ti puoi servire a partire da 3 giorni prima sino alle ore 18 del giorno per cui si richiede il trasporto. È prevista una e-mail di conferma.

2. Telefonando al call center 02.48.03.48.03
tutti i giorni dalle 13.00 alle 2.00 di notte, a partire da 3 giorni prima sino al momento del viaggio stesso

3.Inviando un SMS al numero 335.78.72.571
a partire da 3 giorni prima sino alle ore 18.00 del giorno per cui si richiede il trasporto. È previsto un SMS di conferma
* Inviando un fax al numero 02.45.46.72.31
la prenotazione va effettuata a partire da 3 giorni prima sino alle ore 18.00 del giorno per cui si richiede il trasporto. È previsto l’invio di un fax di conferma

Alla conferma della prenotazione riceverai il numero della corsa.

Se per caso dovessi annullare la prenotazione, puoi:

1. telefonare al call center 02.48.03.48.03
2. inviare un SMS al 335.78.72.571, specificando il numero della corsa ricevuto all’atto della conferma e il numero di telefono lasciato al momento della prenotazione
3. inviare un fax al numero 02.45.46.72.31 specificando il numero della corsa

E' un servizio di minibus che funziona durante la notte di venerdì e sabato dalle 2.00 alle 5.10 del mattino.
I minibus del servizio ti riportano a casa in qualsiasi zona all’interno della città. I minibus partono da 16 differenti posti della città, nei pressi delle zone con maggiore concentrazione di locali notturni. Hanno differenti orari di partenza
Il biglietto si può acquistare a bordo al costo di 1 €; se sei abbonato viaggi gratis.
